charity babygirl quilt for "Lünetraum" / Lebenshilfe Lüneburg

Last weekend I finished a babygirl quilttop for my friend Monika's charity project. She is sewing and collecting quilts for childs with special needs in Lüneburg, her hometown. Unfortunately the colors aren't real in this picture, but you get the idea

fleamarket goodies from the 30s or 40s

Yesterday we had fanstic sunny weather, just right to go the local fleamarket.
We found cards with vintage glass buttons from the 30s or 40s, made in the czech republic. One of the cards is so pretty I think I have to frame it ...
